I contacted customer service before purchasing the Redux table, and they responded quickly with detailed and honest information about the product. That gave me confidence in both the company and their customer care.
The small ding wasn’t a big issue for me. I knew my baby would add a few more anyway (and he already has!). I had previously ordered Montessori furniture from another brand, but it had a strong odor and rough edges despite all the “green” labels. RAD was completely different. So easy to assemble and great quality. I highly recommend it! :)
